Stacey is a native Floridian who was born and raised in Sarasota, giving her an in-depth knowledge of the local market and community. Her passion for real estate began at just 20 years old while building and purchasing her first home. After gaining extensive experience in banking and sales, she pursued her real estate career in 2001 and earned her real estate license.

Driven by ambition and a commitment to excellence, Stacey obtained her Broker’s license in 2003 and opened her own company, Pierce Properties, Inc., in 2004. She successfully grew the company with strong sales performance before joining Andrews & Associates Realty, Inc. in 2016, where she works alongside her husband and a talented team of agents.

With years of experience listing and selling residential properties throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties, Stacey offers exceptional market knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. Her background in managing and training agents has also provided her with extensive expertise in contracts, negotiations, and effective real estate strategies.

Originally born in Wimbledon, England in 1971, Dave relocated to Sarasota in 1979 and has proudly called Florida’s Gulf Coast home ever since. With deep roots in the community and over two decades of real estate experience, he’s built his career on providing exceptional service, strong market knowledge, and lasting client relationships.

Licensed since 2000, Dave has been a valued member of Andrews & Associates Realty, Inc., proudly serving as Tony Andrews’ longest-tenured agent.

He specializes in residential homes and condominiums throughout Sarasota and the Gulf Coast area, with particular expertise in Siesta Key, home to the nationally acclaimed #1 beach in the country. His experience also includes successful sales within many of the area’s premier golfing communities, including Stoneybrook and Heritage Oaks.

Outside of real estate, he enjoys golfing, tennis, and taking advantage of Florida’s outdoor lifestyle with his wife, Jenn, and their two sons, Charlie and Samuel.

Craig comes from a long lineage of real estate professionals, with both of his parents serving as practicing Realtors during his upbringing. Inspired by their success and passion for the industry, Craig pursued a degree in Real Estate at the University of Florida, laying the foundation for a diverse and accomplished career spanning more than three decades.

He began his career in Central Florida during the late 1980s, specializing in commercial and agricultural land transactions. He later expanded his expertise by working in senior living facility acquisitions and feasibility analysis for a regional healthcare provider in Virginia. Upon returning to Florida in the late 1990s, Craig continued his involvement in the senior living industry while also serving as Chief Operating Officer for a Sarasota-based institutional pharmacy through 2014.

Today, Craig focuses primarily on commercial real estate and developer-related transactions throughout Florida. Drawing from more than 20 years of experience in the rapidly growing senior living sector, he works closely with developers, operators, and investors on site selection, land acquisition, redevelopment opportunities, and existing facility acquisitions.

Craig’s extensive industry knowledge, strategic insight, and reputation for integrity make him a trusted resource for clients navigating complex commercial and development transactions. Whether assisting with investment opportunities, land deals, or specialized senior living projects, clients can rely on Craig’s professionalism, experience, and commitment to achieving successful results.

A realtor since 2003, Darren brings his marketing expertise in real estate to Andrews and Associates. He is a native of Ohio, where his work in the design and marketing field gave him a rich background to be applied to the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch real estate market.His experience in negotiating and closing real estate transactions will prove to be an invaluable asset to his customers. He understands what it takes to provide the ultimate customer experience, and prides himself on the ability to develop long lasting trustworthy relationships, and strives to achieve the home buying goals of every customer. Patricia “Tia” Sarsozo has been a licensed Realtor since 2011 and joined Andrews & Associates Realty, Inc. in 2017. Known for her personalized attention, hands-on approach, and dedication to exceptional customer service, Tia is committed to guiding her clients through every step of the real estate process with professionalism and care.

Specializing in luxury and residential properties throughout Florida’s Gulf Coast area, Tia takes pride in building lasting relationships and delivering results tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Ernie Parisi is a well-known 20+ year resident of Sarasota. After dedicating nearly 20 years to the luxury car business in Orlando Florida, Ernie, his wife Debi and their two children, relocated to Sarasota.

His prior experience providing professional service and catering to clients translated into immediate success. As the operating partner for two of the area’s largest volume new car franchises for 14 years, his commitment to loyal customers and repeat/referral business is a top priority.

After leaving daily operations of the retail auto dealer business, Ernie continued to provide strategic support to the industry through his own company Pegasus Communications LLC and specialized in marketing and sales.
Encouraged by family, friends, and associates, Ernie brings his passion for helping people and providing exceptional service to the Real Estate Industry.

For the past 25 years A. Andre resided in Sarasota, along with Aleksandra, wife of 43 years. Both of their children run their own businesses in Sarasota. As a Latvian immigrant, A. Andre has a high tolerance for foreigners and older folks!

He is very active in the boating community and teaches safe boating classes for both the Sarasota and Venice Power Squadrons. His on the water experience goes from the Lower Florida keys to Tarpon Springs.

An Ohio State Grad from the College Agriculture serves him well with the retiring farmer community!
